🔒 Privacy at a Glance
This Privacy Policy describes how your information is collected, used, and shared when you use the iOS application GigTune (hereinafter, the "Application").
GigTune is built to respect your privacy to the fullest. The Application is 100% serverless and operates completely locally on your device. All of your data, including gigs, songs, and setlists, is stored exclusively on your device or synced via your personal Apple iCloud account. We do not have our own servers, nor do we collect, store, or transmit your personal data anywhere.
If you choose to use the sync or backup features within the Application, your data will be saved using Apple's iCloud service. This allows you to share information seamlessly across your own devices. All such data is secured by and subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. As the developers, we have absolutely no access to any information stored in your iCloud account.
The Application may request permission to access your Apple Music library to facilitate importing playlists for your gigs. This access is utilized entirely locally on your device. We do not transmit, store, or otherwise analyze any data from your library outside of your device.
For your complete peace of mind, the Application does not integrate any third-party data analytics services or advertising tracking tools. We do not share, sell, or trade your personal information because we simply do not have it.
We may update our Privacy Policy in the future. We advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. Continuing to use the Application after any modifications indicates your acceptance of those changes.
If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions regarding this Privacy Policy, please feel free to reach out to us through the App Store support channels or our website.
